What is a Design Work Session?

A Design Work Session is an introductory service offered by Andreas Letkovsky Architecture to help you gain a better understanding of your project and what we can do to help you. Our senior design consultant will meet with you to review your project to determine what steps you can take to make sure your project is a complete success.

How should I prepare for the Work Session?

We will conduct a questionnaire with you over the phone. During the questionnaire, we will ask you questions about your project, its size, budget, your goals, person preferences, your priority items, time schedule, etc.

We will also require that you call at least 2 people from our reference list. Reading our testimonials is also a very good idea. Hopefully, the questionnaire and references will give you even more ideas as to what you may want to discuss during your Work Session.

On the day of your consultation, you should bring a photocopy of your property survey as well as a few photographs of your building.

What does Andreas Letkovsky Architecture do to prepare for the Work Session?

Our senior design consultant will review your questionnaire in advance to determine the critical areas of your project. The consultant will prepare a project file for use during the consultation.

We will mail you our firm brochure with our reference list as well as our FREE REPORT entitled:
"15 Critical Questions to Ask Your Architect Before You Sign a Contract".

Where is the Design Work Session held?

The Project Design Work Session is usually held in our office. This way, it allows you to inspect our staff, designers, architects, see our working environment, portfolio gallery and, our many letters of recommendation.
